Prices are before incentives and financing. ## Assumptions - USD. Installed solar pricing before incentives, program adjustments, or financing. - System size is DC nameplate capacity in kW; 1 kW = 1,000 watts. Energy production is not estimated. - Only the selected equipment and explicitly selected adders are priced. An unselected adder is not a finding that the property needs no additional work. - State pricing does not confirm installation eligibility at a particular address. - Final panel count, design, site conditions, taxes, permits, shipping, and scope must be confirmed in a property-specific quote. Use the selected state base USD/W rate. Select the size tier with the highest minimum watts less than or equal to system watts; boundaries are inclusive at the minimum and exclusive at the next minimum. 2. Solar = watts × (state base USD/W + size adjustment USD/W) + fixed system charge. Add watts × the selected panel USD/W adjustment. 3. Battery = base count × base price + additional base count × additional base price + expansion count × expansion price. Use one of the published package compositions. 4. Subtotal = solar + panel adjustment + battery. Flat adjustments apply once; per-item and per-square-foot adjustments multiply quantity; per-watt adjustments multiply system watts. 5. Each ordinary percentage adjustment (unit percent) is its rate / 100 × the same subtotal before any general adjustments. Percentage adjustments do not compound and do not include other general adjustments in their basis. 6. Post-incentive percentage fees (unit post_itc_percent) use the confirmed post-incentive cash basis after ordinary adjustments and representative discounts. They exclude one another, round to cents, and are added without another incentive reduction.
